Dish continued charging us even after we moved and disconnected the service

We sold our house and disconnected our dish service in May 2015. A year and a half later we get a bill from Dish for over $400. Apparently they have continued charging us for a service we no longer have. Nobody at Dish is willing to help fix this situation and they will not transfer us to the fraud department.
