Pool bought and no refund on faulty pool

We bought a intex pool f/center 262x175cm on the 03 October 2017.  We set it up put water in and two days later the bottom section was flat.  Nobody was close to it as I don't have kids and we wanted to put our fish in there while we fix the pond.  Luckly no fish was in yet.  Crazy Store advised that there is no refund.  We had to buy another pool.
