Terrible customer service followthrough

Our Maytag Oven needed repair and warranty company had us schedule with A & E factory service for repair. Repair man came out and was unable to repair our oven. He removed a part and sent it out to be repaired. He scheduled a return service call for 2 weeks from the date for December 22nd. He told us to call A & E factory service if the part came in sooner to get an earlier repair appointment. The part came in two days before the scheduled service call. When I called A & E factory services, they did not have a record of our service appointment at all.They disconnected me twice after waiting on hold for several minutes and told me they would call their routing service and call me back, I have made at least seven calls trying to get resolution. No return call and earliest appointment available is December 26th. I had planned on having an oven for Christmas and I am very disappointed in the handling of all of this. If you make an appointment, Honor it! If you say you will return a call do it! If a warranty company hires a service company, hire one who can do the service!!!! I will stay away from Maytag or any company associated with them and will make sure all my friends know too!!!!
