Do NOT, NOT, NOT, use these fraudulent scammers!!! Can't make it clearer than that.
They tried to take money from my credit card six months after my car rental in 2013 and again in 2014 without any notification to me but fortunately my bank contacted me and I declined the transactions. I did not speed, cause any damage, returned the car with a full tank of petrol and did not commit any traffic violations. The car was signed off return as being 'fine' by the rude assistant. Since then I have three emails alleging I committed an 'infringement' on the day of the original car hire (but with NO details at all other than a so called infringement number), plus some gobblegook about alleged EC law. Nearly two years later, they are now saying they are sending debt collectors to get 44 Euros from me. Bring it on Locautos! I'll be happy to see you in court. Why the hell Enterprise is a 'partner' with them is beyond me. Google Locauto Rent and you will see thousands of similar accounts .
