10. 3 We were traveling on business and our phone broke. Went into Grand Juctions ATT store to purchase a new phone.  Told rep we did not wish to renew contract, purchased a new cell phone Samsung Flight paid cash $139.00 plus. Representive marked we renewed the contract, attached receipt and paperwork to send in for rebate.

Went into local ATT store to change plans, told we had a contract and could not do the changes.
First we knew of it.

Called ATT, asked how much we paid, and to provide receipt - ATT to look into it on store level

4.14 ATT called asked us for receipt had done nothing to look into it.  We got on internet and could see this was a free phone w/ 2 year contract.  All we have asked for is a correction in the contract statement. Never intended to renew contract, just purchased a phone.  PLUS the rep took our paperwork so we have no receipt.  ATT acts like we are crimminals - while having all the information on their web page in our records!
