Charging for damage

I rented a vehicle in Orlando in June 2013. A agent from EZPASS came up to me and offered a deal? for a rent a car. I agreed and was given a vehicle in a certain placement the Garage. There was numerous vehicles but conveniently I was given one in slot 25. the Tendent DID walk around the car with me. It was late and the garage was dark. I walked around the vehicle and didn't see any damage except a dirty hood on the car.
I left for business travel and returned earlier then expected. The charge was not reduced and conveniently the attendent from the other eveining immediately walked up to the car and looked at he lower part of the bumper was scratched. The only way I could have noticed it if I had a flash light. Of course I refused the insurance scam. Know they won't answer my calls and want over $ 600.00
DON'T EVER RENT FROM EZ RENT IN ORLANDO..
