They are trying to collect from me for a second time, claiming they have me on tape. The first time they
sent the "invoice" but it was covering a time period I didn't work for the company. Now attempting again
claiming again they have me on tape (I'm guessing it sounds a lot like the first tape).

If you get a fraudulent invoice through the US Mail, file a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
