billing

I unsubscribed from the sports package 3 months after the trial period. I am still being billed for it needless to say no one in this family watch's sports. I had the internet installed now only the living  room tv records shows and we can not view other shows in any other room. Demand is worthless I had a much better set up with buckeye cable. I was charged $100 dollar deposit for the internet and promised a reward card and low and behold nothing. So the point is I an not paying for useless stuff as soon as this contract is over back to the old Buckeye Cable. Promised everything receive nothing and over billed every month. I called told Direct TV my sister in Law can authorize anything on my account and all she gets is a run around every time she calls. newmamanterri52@gmail.com
