Numerous - NEVER ENDING unsolisited phone calls

This company (CARD SERVICES) has called numerous times in the last two months and when I respond that I'm on a National, as well as State, NO-CALL-LIST, THEY EITHER HANG UP IMMEDIATELY or they stay on the line long enough to tell me they will remove my name and number from their phone registry and the calls should then stop! Obviously they are not removing me from their registry as these unsolisited calls are continuing as I've had three more in the last week!

    These people have been calling me a few times a week for over a year.
