unsolicited and annoying phone calls

I filed a complaint with them .  The calls started as soon as I got Vonage.  I returned their call, as they didn't leave a VM and they said they would take me off their list.  NOT!  They said they're associated with Vonage, and I've complained to them also.  I found out who they are by doing a reverse phone number search.  I have the National Do No Call Registry, but these jerks seem to get through.  I'm going to try and block their number.
