Unauthorized Credit Card Direct Debit

I just got my credit card statement and on it I found that I had been debited the sum $69.95NZ. I have not authorised this debit and have not purchased or downloaded any product from you. Under the Details of transactions it is listed Dri Trend Micro    Orderfind Com Ie . Please refund the above amount to my account as this has NOT been an authorised transaction. I don't even know how you got my account number. Please advise when the monies have been transffered back into my account or further action will be taken.
