I also got scammed by this company.  As soon as I saw the charge on my account ... I called them to cancel.  I didn't even receive the vitamins yet.  As soon as I did receive it ... I went to the post office and had it returned to sender.  I wasn't going to pay postage on this.  Now they say without a delivery tracking number they have no way of knowing if it was returned and they are going to continue to charge me.  Called my bank and they tried to reason with them and she finally gave up.  She told me they had various complaints against this company and I had to change my card so they could not charge on it again.

I am writing a complaint letter to WEN since they are the ones that gave them my credit card number.  Shame on them.  I will also file a complaint with the Attorney General's office.

My advice ... complain ... complain ... complain ... to whoever you can.

This isn't a "billing dispute", it is cramming fraud.
It isn't your bank's job to "mediate" this "dispute".
It's their job to recovery the money stolen by this fraudulent merchant.

They are set up to make their money from fraudulent charges to consumer accounts, using obscured terms they never intend consumers to see.

Send a written fraud dispute to your bank, and request and send in a fraud affidavit. Close your account or block your card number to prevent additional fraud.  FAX your fraud affdavit, and also mail it certified, so you have proof you sent it.

The results of a fraud dispute often depend on disputing TIMELY, and you want to be able to prove you notified your bank within the 60 day dispute period, measured from the statement showing the disputed charge.

If your bank fails to reverse these fraudulent charges, file a complaint against your bank with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, at www.occ.gov
