Fake. There is no such lottery, and you didn't buy a ticket in one.
If you respond, the scammers will try to fool you into sending them money for "fees", "taxes", "insurance", or some similar excuse.
1) You won't ever win a contest you never entered.
2) Scammers often use well known names (Yahoo, MSN) to sound "legitimate".
