Spots on cloths, wont drain and spin right

Maytag washer is a piece of junk!!! Dark clothes have spots so I wash them inside out which seems to help. Half the time my loads still felt dry .......Now after the load is done, I have to 'respin and drain. The loads are sopping wet!! What a waste of time and money!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
