Double Charged for Tickets

On May 2, 2015, I purchased a ticket through CheapoAir for a flight from IAH to OAK on Spirit Airlines on May 21, 2015 for $752.00. When I arrived at the Spirit ticket counter, I was told that the reservation was made but the ticket was not paid for and that I'd have to pay for the flight before I could board. I explained to the agent that I had already paid for the ticket through CheapoAir. She said that she did not see a purchased ticket and that if I want to fly, that I'd have to pay for the ticket and sort it out with CheapoAir later. I called Cheapo when I arrived in Oakland on the 22nd to inform them of the issue and talked to a gentleman named Jame at the customer service desk. He told me that he would look into it and get back to me shortly. After a week or so he contacted me and wanted me to send him a copy of the invoice receipt where I paid Spirit for the ticket. After calling him for weeks I finally received a call from another customer service agent named Georgia saying that she would take care of the issue from here. She also requested a copy of the receipt of the ticket charge. It's now August 27, 2015 (over 3 months) and still no resolution to the over payment issue. I feel that at this point, after numerous calls and follow-up emails to the Cheapo, that I'm getting the old runaround. You would think that 3 month would be long enough to take care of this issue.
