Charged for unused service

Dear,

I have an Airtel postpaid conection in Bangalore location. I have been getting a charge for value added charges for the last 2 months(Jan-Feb, Feb-March-2013). Currently am in Australia on my official onsite program hence I have not used my airtel number for last 2 and half months. But still I am getting charged for value added services and moreover  i have not subscribed for any value added services on my package and i have never used it. Please waive the amount that you charged for unused value added service on my bill for the above mentioned months.

And please deactivate any value added services if exist on my airtel postpaid connection.
I wont be available on my airtel postpaid number as am on my onsite program. Please communicate me through email.

Please do the needful.
