Did Not Authorize Charge

Saw an ad for a game on Facebook and downloaded it. Was not the game that was advertised, and saw the next day I had been charged $249.99. Google Play Store will not refund, Owner of the App will not refund, and their facebook page is not in English, so I see they have seen my message but have not responded. Filing a complaint with my bank today.
