I purchased following new Qmobile hand set unfortunately from open market Faisalabad whose specification is

WARRANT EXPIRED ON .FEB-2016
MODEL NO. R650
IMEI NO. 355,874,060,781,001
I am sorry to say that I have submitted this hand set third time. I can not afford to leave from my office and consume my time in customer care service centres and waste my time again and again.
Why I pay extra cost for repair/maintenance for this newly purchased hand set.
I am very disturbed due this hand set. For God sake, please save me from this tension.
Please return back this hand set and give my money back. So that I purchase new hand set other than Qmobile who consider quality standard.
