Vegas Jamaica Scam

Received five phone calls today, all from same caller with heavy accent, saying No Caller ID and Unknown Caller. Guy with accent said he was calling me from Vegas and had something like 5 million dollars and a Mercedes I happened to win out of the air. I told him he was full of s*** and hung up. He kept calling, arguing with me that it was real, even though I never enter lotteries etc and have never been to Vegas. But he knew my name which is scary. I had to SCREAM and cuss him out again before he quit calling. There was a scam like this coming from Jamaica, and I have been bothered with Jamaican calls, so it might be same thing.
