Never did collect on any of our debts.

Our company signed up with Rapid Recovery Solution, Inc. in July of 2012. Since then, we have not received any payments on any of the accounts that we placed with them. In addition we were told that we would receive monthly reports showing the progress they've been able to make with the accounts that we placed with them, but in that 6 month time span we only received two reports and no recovery from any of the accounts placed. Because of the lack of progress with the accounts that we placed and the lack of customer service we received we decided to terminate our contract with Rapid Recovery Solution in January 2012. Since then, we have received a bill of $681.82.  We would have been better off doing the collecting on our own for what RRS was able to do for us.  In hind sight, I have Googled this company and have found nothing but negative reports regarding their collection practices, customer service, and all around ethics.  If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely avoid doing business with this company
