I called the service Jarrett to ask for stop over in Abu Dhabi ( flight bkk - São Paulo). And he told me that the etihad airways does not allow these kind of service. So , after that information I order for change flight , departure 4 days after I should, as I could not stay few days in Abu Dhabi.
Ok, we payed +/- 700 us dolar for that . And few days later we received a email supercharging 700 us plus !!!!
As the company wrote: as we are a good company we will pay for you 200 us and you pay 500 us " .

What??? Why ??? But, after fews email every got ok. We didn't lay anything more than 700 us.

But then, checking the etihad website , I saw : "click here for stopover at Abu Dhabi ".
My goodness!!!!!
These is a shame ! I payed 700 to extend my trip, but actually I wanted to visit Abu Dabi, and it would cost less than 500 us for 2 people!!!!!!

Sure I will contact upper , and ask for refund ! I'm really disappointed with cheapoair.

      Lara, we requested your booking number so that we can compare the fare that you purchased with what was viewed online. In most cases, once  tickets are issued, not all fares are compatible with each other, and your original ticket may of had a fee to make changes to it. Once we have the booking details, we will know for sure.

    The original fare the customer purchased did not allow a stop over. In order for her to get that she needed to upgrade to a fare that allowed her to do so. In the end, our company absorbed over 1000.00 to accommodate her request.
