I found this agency on my credit report. I called them and they stated to me, it was a payday loan a few years ago. I looked in my bank statements and never had a payday loan. When I called they claimed it was another name at the time, could not give me any phone numbers, addresses, or information when the loan was taken out. Now I need to get this off of my credit.

    It's a shakedown scam..
    The name shows up in many similar complaints.  As you already know, the "payday loan" is fake.  Tey're making it up, which is why they supposedly don't have any "information" on it.  You're supposed to panic and think it was some old "payday loan" you forgot, and if they gave you any information, you would realize it's bogus.
    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

    Get an attorney..
    They already have lots of complaints reporting attempts to collect fake "payday loans".
    If they're now actually posting fake credit report information, it's time to sue their a$$es for FCRA violations.  You can find a consumer attorney in your state through www.naca.net
