I ordered this product off a site I thought was a health article/blog for a free trial. I canceled the on-going charges. They charged my account $88.55. They said they would refund the amount in 5-7 days and that did not happen. This was supposed to be a free trial with a cancellation policy of 14 days. There was no information included in the packing or a way to cancel the product or return it. DO NOT BUY THIS... IT IS A SCAM

Most "health product" "free trials" are scams, regardless of what the company name is.  Just look through the "Health & Beauty" category.  They are set up to get your account information through the lure of their "free trial" for "only shipping and handling", then use that to cram on as many overpriced charges as they can until you get wise and block them.

They promised to give you a "free trial", but probably blocked your ability to actually cancel by either withholding how to cancel, withholding the cancellation terms, or shipping the "free trial" to arrive after the cancellation period.  Other complaints against similar scams indicate they might "forget" you cancelled, and keep charging, or have other excuses to either keep taking your money or failing to refund it as promised.

Contact your bank to dispute all fraudulent charges, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

The other lesson you should learn is that quack medicine is associated with fraudulent charges.

Can we take legal actions against them?
