I received a package that appeared it was a free book from Better Homes & gardens.  I DID NOT ORDER THE COOK BOOK!!!!  I will be happy/delighted to return the book when I am told how to return it without paying postage.  My account # is 10026592781.  I am not paying $10.68 for a book that I DID  NOT ORDER!!!

    It's a cramming scam..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    If they're billing you for something you never ordered, file a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector, and fraud complaints with FTC and your state AG.
