They do not have a system in place where a person can call up and ask for routing to make an international call, they will refer you to 411, 611, and a toll free number,  ALL of which refer you back to these numbers. Their system as far as information goes SUCKS. The employees do everything they can to help but Virgin's system only lets them go as far as a BRICK WALL. Another problem with VIRGIN is that you can not make a call from Canada to Mexico (considered international) but you can call the USA all day long and that is ok. I have to wait 6 months to call Mex. even though I have two accounts with them, calls to the US and the bills are paid the same day billed by automatic bank withdrawell. Beware when signing up with this company as NO-ONE takes the time to inform you of their hinky little rules. Suffice to say, I for one am P.O.'d for being treated like this, when all I do is buy a service, use it and pay the bill on time. It's B.S..
