Terrible Customer Service

I have been trying for 17hrs to cancel my booking. I have called and been hung up on multiple times, opened help tickets, engaged in online chat with no answer, and left 2 emails with my request. I can't even get a return email or phone call to confirm my request. This should be a no brainer since I purchased the recommended trip insurance!! I will never use this site again for anything!
