over billing

I joined trend security and paid in full noe I get billrd for98.95 again? I was paid up for a yr. so some one needs to return my money before I have checks bounceing and I will hol your company responsible.I would like a pro rated refund as well!! I should have know if a security system won't share their # something was up!! I exspect my moneys back in my account by noon tomorrow 7/13/12!!
