Auto charge on my card

After seeing the $80+ charge on my card, I googled Instaflex and called their Customer Service number on their web site. I advised that I didn't consent to anything additional other than the $4.99 shipping for the "free trial", and the CSR advised that the billing information showed it under where you enter your payment info, and when you check the "I consent" box, that's where they get you. Anyway, I told her I was not interested in the product, and wanted to cancel. She tried every way from Sunday to get me to try it for the 6-8 weeks, by offering a "discount", etc. and I firmly refused. After a little more of me showing my discontent, she agreed to cancel the auto billing, and said that when the shipment arrives in a few days (stated already shipped) to send it back, unopened, with the RM # (return merch) she provided and a full refund will be issued. Stay tune for that update. All in all, she was very pleasant and tried to be accommodating.

They obtained your "consent" through deception, and they know it. They have numerous similar complaints, and if they wished to have an unconfusing, non-deceptive website, they would have done so long ago.
If you don't get your money back promptly, contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge as fraudulent. In addition, have your bank block your card number or shut down your account in case they start charging again in the future.
