customer service not answering phones

I would like to return the auto-shipment of Somnapure, but it seems Peak Life has their phones set up to hang up after customers unwillingly have to listen to a 2-minute automated message advertising their other products. Why can't they make the return process easier and how many times do I have to call to get through?? I've called at least 3x this morning and the call cuts off every time. Ugh!!
