My wife was fraudulently charged $37.17, which isn't a lot compared to some here, for movies we tried to order but they NEVER WORKED! The tv said we weren't allowed to watch because we had no connection. No server. We also had no phone line connected. The movies were from 6+ years ago! We tried talking with the costumer service and the manager. All could say was they were charges that were on the card and that they would not refund the money. They kept insisting that we ordered them "remotely"?!?! What the hell is remotely? I will be calling daily to talk to someone that is willing to help us.
