Spoof Calls

I am working with the Missouri State Attorney Generals office and trying to get in touch with the US Attorney Generals office on this company.  Not only am I getting calls from cell numbers with my prefix on a daily basis but now my young daughters number is being used as a spoof number and she is getting call back numbers from strangers asking why she call them.  That is unacceptable.  ATT tells me they can change her number but otherwise have no control over this issue.  This should be controlled by the government and should be stopped immediately. The DNC rules don't do any good for cell phone numbers anymore.  So irritating.
