Service and coverage

I called rogers to complain about their coverage on a major highway (#416) where I lose service every single day.

I got put on hold with customer service for more than 45 minutes.  

The music system (Michael Bolton Melee) was static and horribly distorted.

I never did get through to them, because my cell phone battery died.

I started out with one complaint about coverage, ended up convinced that I need to change providers.  Looked at the options and decided to complain to the CRTC.  Was put on hold with the CRTC... Michael Bolton... etc...
