No statement received and charged late fees

Bank of India is not sending me my bank statements on time! I rarely receive them and when I do they come after the due dates and I am forced to pay late charges. I called their toll free number 1800 180 1290 several times and tried to resolve this but all they offer me is to send me duplicate statements and charge me for them!
