East Arkansas Video in Forrest City, AR: Possible Extortion of Money from Subscribers

East Arkansas Video continues to add to my family's cable bill and it appears they are extorting money. Last Month, I received a bill for $98.00 and this month I received a bill for $177.40. I contacted East Arkansas Video (waited 10-15 minutes to get an account representative) and finally I got a live person for my account. She stated that $177.00 is now the price and I explained to her that I had STARZ and HBO removed long before this month. The Account Representative from Forrest City, AR was rude and very unprofessional. I flat told her that, I am switching to Satellite to be shopping for better deals.
East Arkansas Video happens to be a Monopoly in here Eastern Arkansas and they are in control in Cable here in Eastern Arkansas. Matter of fact, they hire convicts for technicians who are very unprofessional and rude to customers. If anyone in Eastern Arkansas has them, I suggest to drop them because they are a cable monopoly and will not let COMCAST or TIME WARNER to come in. I am seriously looking into Satellite. It is about time to have East Arkansas Video Cable Company Reign of Terror on TV Entertainment to End after several decades!
