MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED $49.95 FROM INTERNETSVS.COM. I DO NOT OR HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY DONT EVEN KNOW IF THIS IS A LAGITIMATE COMPANY. I WANT THESE CHARGES TO STOP IMMEDIATELY AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED ON THIS COMPANY FOR MY ATTY. WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. PLEASE REPLY ASAP OR I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION.

    If ANY company makes an unauthorized charge to your account, immediately notify your bank of the unauthorized or fraudulent charge and CLOSE THE ACCOUNT to prevent future fraudulent charges.  Your bank can reverse unauthorized or fraudulent charges, but you MUST notify them promptly, and follow up in writing within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge.

    If a company is already known to be scamming small fraudulent charges, what makes you think it will do any good to ask them for your money back, or for that matter, threaten to sue them?  They already decided to conduct business in this manner, so they already know it costs more than it is worth to do anything to them.  They are probably already squirreling the money away in off-shore accounts.

    Make your bank reverse the charges, so THEIR bank gets stuck if they don't have enough in their account.  That gets your money back, piles fees on the perpetrator, and may get their payment processor to close their account.
