calls several times a day

I am getting calls several times a day from Heather, Bridget and Rachael.  Please these are annoying.  I am also on a Do Not Call List but it doesn't seem to matter.  It was also very upsetting when I was taking care of my daughter, 24/7,  and It was critical that we not be bothered by this calls. My daughter passed away and I am so upset over these calls.  The 9:pm call today  was from 620 750-2182.
