This extended warranty is paid in full. We paid 18 months of payments and NEVER used this warranty. The one time we tried to use the warranty, $1800 in car repairs were DENIED. This time our Saturn Ion was taken to the shop because it was not driving right. I had to rent a car because I was scared to drive the car. Bryan Chevrolet's repair dept called the claims dept in CA for 6 days straight!!!! They never got an answer or reply. Both my husband and I also called 1-877-234-4333 and all we ever got was a recording stating to leave a message. We did. Bryan Chevy did. We got a reply 2 weeks later in the form of a recording which stated THAT WE DO NOT HAVE COVERAGE - HA! My car is back in the shop and we need a human being to help us...not a recording. WE ARE DEMANDING THAT SOMEONE CALL US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO YOU CAN AUTHORIZE THE REPAIRS NEEDED FOR MY VEHICLE.
