Channel not workiing even after recharge

Dear Team,
I am Santosh Kumar Jha having ID no.1020526198 (for Tata Sky). I have credited to my tata sky account on 28 June 2011 of Rs 200/-, but i could not get the serives yet and i am facing problem due to this.However i rechagred my tata sky account in April-2011 Rs 600/- for next three month. But my service stopped in may. Why ? what kind of service you provide. please check my account detail and reply me ASAP.

THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND MY REAL PROBLEM AND INSTEAD REFUND/RECHARGE MY NEW ID THEY SIMPLY CONVEY THAT THEY HAVE CHEKC WITH TATA SKY AND CONFIRM THAT MY ID IS ALREAY RECHARGE SUCESSFULLY. VERY FUNNY THIS I HAVE ALREADY TOLD THEM WHAT I WANT THEM IS TO REFUND MY AMOUNT AS I HAVE WRONGLY CREDITED TO MY OLD ID INSTEAD OF NEW ID. THAT ALL.
