Asking for money $150.00

On instagram said i won $500,000 said i needed to pay $150.00 that corp ceo, two fbi, & their lawyer would come to my residence with two ups trucks (???). That the gov't backed the money& covered 99.9% of irs tax but i needed to pay $150. I asked for them to call, got two missed calls from a private number and one from jamaica. A black sounding male left a message that they had trouble with the phone lines all day that he was sorry it was late and would call back. Apparently this is all a scam altho they claim to be legit, i have it all in text on instagram and will complaint to better business bureau.
