Cancellation of membership

I have made several attempts to cancel my LA fitness membership.   The form to cancel is not available on line like they say.  I am going into the gym to cancel today. I get the feeling it will be a huge deal.   The number the person memtioned in a post in 2010 is no longer working.  HOW THE HECK DO YOU CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP?  
This is criminal how they treat others.   For god sakes people I guit you.
