He said his name was Bill Magy and that I'm ducking him. He continues to call my workplace. Saying I have until today to call back or they will take action .

    Legitimate debt collectors comply with the law (FDCPA) including sending the required notification letter within 5 days of first contact.
    The fakes lie and make a bunch of illegal threats.
