Termination Fee

They say they will charge me early termination fee. I have a bundle package of tv-internet. Our internet has never consistently worked properly. Dish says, It’s always My Fault, My problem.. my cord bad, I use during peak time, modem bad, power strip bad surge protector bad, phone line to house is bad, to many phone jacks in my house... I’ve heard so many reasons. Now I want to cancel and they tell me it’s an early term fee... Help
