Facebook money scam

My friend was contacted by KEARNEY WINTERS. He claimed he was an electrical engineer, and got a bid and was offered $60,000,000 on completion, he said he has a bank account with 1 million but someone hacked it and stole 350k so he asked her dorm $2200 to pay for the filing of the contract. She was contacted about 2 months ago by Mr winters he said he worked for the Unoted nations and they offer grants for disabled people but they require $1000to file the paper work so if you find a guy on facebook or through email with the name KEARNEY WINTERS block delete immediately he is a SCAMMER. He talks smooth and make women feel good don't fall for this scamming pos.
