Reclining Couch and Loveseat

Wish Ihad read this before purchasing our living room suit.  I am 5'4" and cannot get out of the recliners because I cannot push the foot down...  plus the cushions are terrible....  they are flat and sink you so far down in the sofa it's like sitting in a hole.  Will never purchase from this company again.  We bought these on clearance and were told they have no warranty...  so I will not purchase these form that furniture chain again.  Have not contacted England yet....  trying to figure out if they have a warranty on them.
