Delivery, no screws,

We had our furniture delivered on a Thursday and there were no screws to assemble the bedroom outfit they said they would be back on Friday. They came Friday and still didn't have the screws so we rescheduled an appointment for Saturday.  I specifically  told them I would be leaving here at 3 so what are they do, they schedule another delivery for the screws an assembly from 3 until 6.  Very  incompetent people!  So it's Saturday, and still an unassembled bedroom.
