sim deactivated - give me reason

this is suresh kumar from eluru i taken airtel sim card 10th march 2012.this sim march 30th deactived i asked the sales boy he said that submitted proofs again. i submitted second time proofs but till now that no not activated.i want to reason for the deactivated sim.as early as possible please activate the sim.

    Dear Suresh,

    The Airtel customer service is very poor. Many customers face this type of problems, but the Airtel management was not take any actions.

          may be agree with nageswa rao. i will one suggestion.please take another sim vodafone. vodafone service is better to compare to airter.
