misrepresentation for Chamber of Commerce Houston

Woman called about "flag" on account and wanted to know if office had relocated.  She identified herself as working for Houston's Chamber of Commerce.  She would not answer questions on who,what,where,when details for "flagged list."  After checking with Chamber of Commerce, I tried to call number - busy.
