Bad experience with paying my bill to Dish Network online

Dish Network charged me $10 in fees in addition to my monthly payment because they "could not find my account"!? I made this payment online, and I don't know why they could not process the payment. The customer service said that they can't tell me what was wrong with my check because their system doesn't show this info. I think it's very unfair and if they should have worked with me on this issue. Not just slap me with a fee.

I signed up for service on-line and printed out all the pages. My monthly bill was to be just less than $65. I am now being billed over $100 per month. I have tried to talk to Dish Network and they just can't seem to comprehend. They just tell me over and over that this is what my services cost. I signed up for an 18 month contract. At the end of the contract I will tell them where to put their equipment.
PS - the local installer was profesional and did a great job. The satellite service is very good..it just cost $35/month more than I was told it would cost.
