    ME TOO!
    Every morning at between 10 and 11 AM I receive these calls-- REALLY ANNOYING!  Who is doing this and how can we make them stop?

    I'm glad I decided to just look up this number first.
    I have been getting this call for days now, but I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number (I figure if it's important, they'll leave a voicemail).
    Now I KNOW it's not important, just some dummy with apparently too much time on his or her hands.

    Yes, this is very annoying... But at least he or they identifies himself on caller ID!
