complaint of defective reviva-water purifier

it was july 7,2010 that i bought a reviva-water purifier, invoice no. 1090101586, order no.-109032032 and customer id-1007197429.
it gave satisfactory performance for sometime..but then it started giving trouble. firstly the adaptor stopped working..it was corrected by one of ur engineers...but after then..the purifier stopped working..it doesnt purify adequate amount of water..firstly it used to take just half an hour to fill completely...bt now even 24 hrs is not sufficient for the same..
besides making a numerous complaints..the purifier has not been corrected yet..
since the purifier is within warranty..you are sincerely requested once again to depute a qualified service engineer who can set right the problem at once or get it replaced at the earliest, if it is irrepairable..
